Mobile users are increasingly on the rise, and as we have observed that the majority of our traffic share is through mobile phones, it was extremely important to invest in enhancing the user experience of our mobile web platform in order to increase the conversion rate.

Throughout the process, we were running ongoing qualitative and quantitative research and with the help of our analytics team, we ran a deep dive analysis into the existing data. We worked very closely with the project management team, engineers, stakeholders from almost all across the business, and we took a very lean and iterative approach as we were creating, testing, learning, and iterating as we go. The project lasted 6 months and it was extremely successful, leading to a significant jump in conversion rate and flight bookings.
